An ROK fishing boat has been released in a “goodwill measure” from the DPRK. The four man crew has been released along with the boat, and according to the article:

East German apartment found by developer

(Hat Tip: Hapo) This is a very interesting story on CNN regarding a developer who ran into a long abandoned apartment building complete with relics of the past.
The discovery, made by architect Mark Aretz, revealed a small one-bedroom apartment evidently abandoned quickly by its occupants as the Communist East German state disintegrated in 1989, Spiegel [...]
