Continuity and Change in Korea: Challenges for Regional Policy and U.S.-Russia Relations
I got an interesting E-Mail from the Brookings Institution regarding North Korea, the United States and Russia’s relations on dealing with change with North Korea. I do not hear a whole lot about Russia’s point of view, and have been looking for it for some time. This paper deals with this subject, and it is well worth a read.
I also apologize for not posting this sooner, as I really enjoyed the Policy Elites paper released by the same think tank.
